Teen: Fragment Effects

Try a new, innovative crafting medium called Fragment Effects! Elevate your projects with shimmering, sparkly glass chips that add a touch of glamour to any creation. The arched acrylic displayer provides the perfect backdrop for your glass chip projects. This surface lets light shine through and reflects the beautiful colors of the glass chips. This craft will not be packaged for pickup.
