About the Instructors:
CJ Cox
CJ Cox is the Chief Operating Officer for Black Hills Information Security. He joined the team in June of 2016 and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, culture and strategy for the company. CJ has over 33 years of experience in the IT industry with 27 of them in the security sphere. He has worked in the military, government and industry as a systems administrator, information system security officer, manager, and test engineer. His certifications include CISSP, GIAC System and Network Auditor, and PCI QSA.
CJ lives happily with his wife Allison near Denver, CO. He is a retired Marine and an empty nest father of four who enjoys skiing, camping, golfing, and playing chess in his free time.
