Technology in Agriculture
About this Event
The Ag Center Initiative, a 4-H-sponsored, teen-led program, aims to expand outreach and introduce young people to career opportunities in agriculture. The project hopes to connect young agriculturalists ages 16 through 22 throughout Central Florida with the resources and mentorship needed to achieve career success.
Middle and High School students with an interest in agricultural careers are invited to join them on Tuesday, August 4, from 6 PM to 7 PM for "Technology in Agriculture." This hands-on workshop will provide opportunities for youth to engage in technology used in agriculture and learn how advances in technology are being used to run farms today.
