Technique/Strength Conditioning Pop-Up Class
These classes will run just like our regular season training, designed to help dancers build strength, improve flexibility, refine technique, and maintain progress, but offered on a flexible schedule throughout the summer.
Each session will include targeted exercises for strength, balance, turns, leaps, and overall technique, giving dancers the tools they need to grow and feel confident heading into the next season.
Whether you're looking to level up your technique or stay conditioned between seasons, these classes are a great way to stay on track! We can’t wait to train with you! 🔥

Class time for all dates is 6:00-7:00 PM.
Cost: $75 for all classes, or a drop-in rate of $15. Siblings or additional pop-up sessions receive a discounted rate of $60.
