TechElevate Community Launch and Introduction to the IT Maturity Curve

Welcome to our TechElevate Community!
TechElevate is a free community and event series run by xceltium that is designed to help aspirational IT leaders build the skills and network needed to continue elevating and growing in their careers.

We aim to provide the education, tools, mentorship, coaching and platform for senior managers to become more strategic and confident in their roles. TechElevate is targeted towards direct reports of Technology Executives who are serious about growth.

TechElevate is a safe space where you can develop critical skills, build a peer-to-peer network, and accelerate you career learning. Please see attached for more information.

We run both in-person and virtual events featuring capability-building workshops and mentorship from high-profile leadership coaches and C-level executives (full 2025 event schedule attached). Each session includes a workshop component led by Lou Markstrom of Results Group International, followed by a fireside chat and Q&A with CIO mentors.
