This class is for anyone who spends their day at a desk, in a car, or on a phone, and feels it in their neck and shoulders by the end of the day. We'll cover what's actually causing your neck pain and how it affects the rest of your body, then walk through practical ways to fix it. You'll leave with real solutions for reducing neck pain, restoring your posture, and building a better relationship with the technology you use every day.
