Tech-free early morning walk

Join us for an early morning tech-free autumnal walk around Brandon Country Park. We will wander around the woodland and spend time practicing mindfulness without the distractions of our phones. We will take in all the sights and sounds this reserve has to offer. There will be time for an optional drink/slice of cake from Copper Beech Tearoom for those who fancy a refreshment.
