STOP PLAYING STARTUP. START BUILDING A COMPANY.
Build your MVP, secure government grants, and land your first B2B pilot customer. An 8-week operator-led accelerator for serious founders.
Most founders waste 12 months building a product nobody wants. In this 8-Week Intensive Accelerator, we flip the script.
About the Organizer:
Mario Pochat is the CEO of VANAS (Canada's first accredited online digital school) and a Harvard University Master's Candidate in AI. He teaches practical, "no-fluff" frameworks to help founders build profitable companies, not just slide decks.

Led by Mario Pochat (Harvard Alum, 14-year Tech CEO, & SR&ED Expert), this is not a theory class. This is an Execution Lab. You will walk in with an idea and walk out with a deployed AI-product, a signed customer, and a data room ready for investment.
THE "OPERATOR" PROMISE
This course pays for itself.
In Week 2, we structure your technical project to qualify for SR&ED grants. A typical solo founder claim is $15,000+ in cash back. If you execute the coursework, the government pays for your tuition 5x over.
THE 8-WEEK SYLLABUS (Wednesdays 6 PM - 9 PM)
PHASE 1: THE "SHADOW" BUILD (Weeks 1-4)
We don't guess features. We find a partner and solve their problem.
- Week 1: The Pilot Pitch. How to secure a "Design Partner" (a real company) and get a Letter of Intent (LOI) before you build.
- Week 2: Workflow Mining & Grants. identifying the manual bottleneck to automate. Plus: Documenting your "Technical Uncertainty" now so the CRA pays for your dev time later.
- Week 3: The AI Build Sprint. Rapid prototyping using AI agents and LLMs. We architect the solution to be scalable from Day 1.
