Q3 Meetup Topic: How Is AI Actually Changing Your Job?

You've heard the hype. You've heard the fear. But how is AI actually showing up in your day-to-day work right now?

This quarter, we're hosting an open roundtable discussion where Lafayette's tech practitioners talk honestly about how AI is currently changing their roles — what's real, what's overblown, and what you can actually do about it.

This is a fully open discussion — we want to hear from you! Bring your experiences and your questions. Whether you're using AI daily, cautiously experimenting, or watching from the sidelines wondering what it means for your job, this conversation is for you.

We want to hear about:

• How AI is showing up in day-to-day work, right now
• What's changing about what's expected of you in your role
• How you're adapting, what's actually working, and what's not
• If there are unique ways you’re using AI to advance your career
• Separating real impact from hype & noise
