Des Moines Parks and Recreation is partnering with AARP to bring a Tech Class to Reichardt Community Recreation Center.❤️ This short class invites residents of all ages to discover practical ways to use technology in daily caregiving routines.
We’ll explore:
📲 Scheduling reminders with your phone or home assistant
🧠 Accessing self-care resources
💻 Making the most of telehealth appointments
📦 Options for ordering groceries and prescriptions from home
