Teas, Tinctures & Tonics is designed to guide you out of routine and into a more intentional relationship with your body and the plants that support it. Through a sensory-based approach—taste, scent, and touch—you’ll be introduced to the foundations of herbal practice in a way that feels accessible, grounding, and personal.

Together, we’ll explore how to build a wellness ritual that fits into your daily life, while learning the basics of tincture making and working with thoughtfully curated herbal blends.

This is a space for curiosity, connection, and slowing down.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This workshop is for you if:

• You’re curious about herbal wellness but don’t know where to start
• You want to build a more intentional relationship with your body
• You’re interested in ritual, slowing down, and sensory practices
• You enjoy learning through experience, not just information

No prior experience is necessary.

• A welcome tea to ground the experience
• A tonic-inspired coffee cocktail
• A guided, hands-on tincture-making session
• A 60 ml dropper bottle to take home
• 2 oz of alcohol for tincture preparation
• A choice of three curated herbal blends
• A small funnel for assembly
