Power Hour: Teamwork & Collaboration
In Person | Ages 13–18
Hosted at iCode Augusta
Working with others is a part of school, sports, clubs, and jobs. Knowing how to communicate, listen, and contribute makes group work easier and more successful.
This in-person Power Hour helps you build teamwork and collaboration skills you can use in everyday situations. Through guided discussion and interactive activities, you will practice working with different personalities and learning how to be a positive, effective team member.
During this session, you will:
- Learn what strong teamwork looks like in real world settings
- Build communication skills that support collaboration
- Practice listening, sharing ideas, and working through differences
- Learn how to handle conflict respectfully
- Gain confidence contributing to group projects and teams
SkillZilla Power Hours are interactive, supportive, and designed for where you are right now. You do not need prior teamwork experience or leadership roles to participate.
This Power Hour works as a standalone session and also connects to SkillZilla cohorts and future opportunities.

- This is an in-person session for ages 13–18
