About Jim Reifeiss:

Jim is widely recognized as a MAPS Executive Coach, working with the top 1% of agents at Keller Williams and coaching members of Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind. His mission is to empower agents to reach new heights of success and innovation in their businesses. Among his many accolades, Jim was named MAPS Coach of the Year in 2022—a testament to his dedication and excellence in coaching.

Jim’s journey to becoming a top coach began in 1987 when he started as a full-time real estate agent. Over the years, he built a strong foundation representing buyers and sellers in the inland North County area of San Diego, earning awards for both production and customer service. His natural ability to mentor and inspire others led him to transition into leadership roles.

At Prudential California Realty, Jim became a leader in office growth and agent training, playing a key role in the company’s transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Later, he brought his expertise to Keller Williams, where he served as General Manager for the Carmel Valley and Del Mar offices. During his tenure, Jim was instrumental in growing agent numbers from 228 to 525 and increasing escrow revenue from $386,000 to over $1 million.

Today, Jim leverages his vast experience to focus on what he loves most—coaching and mentoring. Through his role as a MAPS Executive Coach, he helps agents not only succeed but thrive, sharing the strategies and insights that come from years of hands-on experience. His passion for the real estate business and his commitment to helping others succeed continue to inspire those around him.

On a personal note, Jim lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. He’s the proud father of two grown children, Megan and Brett, and recently celebrated the arrival of his granddaughter, Hallie. Please join me in welcoming an exceptional coach, leader, and visionary—Jim Reifeiss!
