This is a great opportunity to get to know TeamPHCA, connect with the community, and enjoy an unforgettable experience aboard the yacht!

• Every attendee is required to complete their own individual registration.
• Group registrations are not permitted.
• A separate Eventbrite ticket must be completed for each person attending.

• Registration must include the attendee’s full legal first and last name.
• Incomplete registrations or duplicate names may be canceled.

• A confirmation email will be sent approximately one week before the event.
• You must confirm your attendance in order to receive your final ticket.
• Failure to confirm may result in cancellation of your reservation.

• Seating is limited and registrations will close once capacity is reached.
