Team RADIOactive will be joining No Excuses Run Club this year for track practice on Monday Nights. No Excuses meets informally to warm-up around 5:45pm and then start the workout together at 6pm sharp. We do drills, choice of short and long workouts (or any combination), cool down, and then group stretching. We are usually done around 7pm.
