We know several kids that are currently undergoing cancer treatments. One of them is a close friend, Hendrik! Hendrik is 9. He just started his journey and has already received donated blood! While in treatment, Tegan received 17 units!
We are in the thick of the holiday season and as we see every year, donor participation is starting to go down. After experiencing a nationwide historic low in donor turnout this past year (the lowest we have seen in 20 years) AND countless school cancellations these past couple of weeks which has led to a severe deficit in our projection for patient need this month, we are grateful to have your support during the holiday week!
