This is a 2 day event!!!
Doors Open at 11am day 1
Tournament starts at 12pm
FREE Entry
6 - 8 players per team
*** Any active APA team can put their team in, if the team wins you must move the team to The New Green Room Billiards to receive prizes. ***
8-person teams- A team can have 4-8 original players, 2 subs can be used to make a full team. ONLY 1 sub can play each round.
A player can play on 2 teams MAX- said player is ineligible to play when/if both teams meet in the bracket.
APA Skill Levels APA Races APA Rules
Day 1-
Round Robin Tournament
2.5 Hours Per Round *subject to change based on # of teams entered
2- 2 8 Ball Games Max SL 11
2- 9 Ball Games Max SL 12
2 - 8 or 9 Ball Doubles Max SL 13 (13 plays as a 7)
points per game like mixed format
For teams that may tie with points at the end of the tournament - the team with the highest points head to head will win the tie breaker
8 Team Bracket (randomly entered)
The top 8 teams will return for Day 2 of the Tournament (double elimination)
in the event, a team forfeits 1 match- 1 point will be awarded
if the whole team forfeits 3 points will be awarded. This will be a race to 3 points. ONLY 1 DOUBLES MATCH WILL BE PLAYED. TEAM WITH LOWEST SCORE PICKS FORMAT.

Annual Session Dues Paid .
