Two Day Derby bootcamp put on by your friends at TNBC Roller Derby!
Join us at the Prince George Roll-A-Dome for a full day of workshops followed by a review of day one and a scrimmage the morning after!
One of Team Northern BC's primary goals is to foster Derby in Northern BC and what better way to do that than bringing together the north (and any of our friends across the derby scene who want to join us!) for a two day bootcamp put on by skaters and coaching staff of the team itself.
Saturday September 26th from 10am - 5pm
Sunday September 27th from 9am - 12pm
Cost of bootcamp: $120
This event is all ages and all gender.
Anyone participating under the age of 18 requires parental consent to participate in contact sport with adults and must be cleared to play at JRDA level 3 by their local team.
Day one will consist of least 4 on skates workshops and a lunch break.
Day two will consist of an off skates lesson, an on skates refresher followed by a scrimmage.

Q&A:
Q: Is there going to be a list/itinerary of workshops offered?
A: Yes! However, this bootcamp is not the usual format of bringing one guest to teach on a topic of expertise. We are coming together as skaters and coaching staff for the first time in this capacity and need a little more time to cement the finer details of what we collectively want to bring to you!
Q: Why does day one say at least 4 workshops?
A: We will be exploring more options to offer based on the number of projected attendees so that we can offer you all the best experience possible!
Q: Is there a way I could attend if I don't have the funds to participate?
A: Yes! We would like to offer a couple of spots that will be held for those who want to attend but cannot currently afford to do so. (Please reach out directly to us by email if you would like to request one of these spots, your information will be kept private)
