Home Base is a state-of-the-art facility located in Charlestown, Massachusetts. It is a Red Sox Foundation and Mass General Hospital sponsored organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families by providing unique programs and services targeting the invisible wounds of war — PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and suicide prevention — all at absolutely no cost to veterans and their families.
The work they do and the lives they save and improve is truly amazing. Home Base fills a critical need for our veterans and military families through compassionate care, support, and healing programs that make a real difference.
