Trying to conceive can feel overwhelming and lonely at times—you don’t have to do it alone. TEAM Fertility Community Nights are part of the TEAM Fertility Acupuncture Program, and they’re also open to anyone in the community who is actively trying to conceive.Each month, we gather to share stories, learn from guest experts, and explore holistic tools—from stress relief and nutrition to acupuncture and mindfulness—that can nurture your fertility journey.

Dawn will be sharing insight into how integrative and functional medicine can support fertility — from antioxidant injections and thyroid optimization to addressing insulin resistance and hormone balance.
