The physical body is a temple ~ the sacred home to soul and the divine mystery. All temples require purification ~ cleansing and ritual. Our body temple is no exception.
On the last day of the year ~ we come together, in community and communion, releasing the energy and somatic holding of the previous year ~ through our practice. Renewed, we invoke the potential and beauty in our hearts to manifest in the coming year ~ with meditation, mantra and song.

Purify the Temple is accessible to all levels, all bodies: mindfully curated to cleanse body, mind and spirit ~ so we may rise in clear sight and love.
