Teal Pumpkin Painting Party 2025

Did you know that 1 in 13 kids have severe food allergies? For those with food allergies, celiac disease, diabetes, and other food restrictions, Halloween can feel exlusive.

That's where the Teal Pumpkin Project and our Teal Pumpkin Painting Party comes into play. Join us for this FREE event (while supplies last) to make your very own teal pumpkins and learn about how we can include everyone this year.

We have everything you need to create your own mini teal pumpkin: from the teal paint, to stickers, glitter glue, googly eyes, and beyond! Please come dressed for acrylic paint.

Our event also has a teal pumpkin scavenger hunt and a cute photo booth to capture your creations.

The Teal Pumpkin Project, spearheaded by nonprofit, Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE), encourages us to paint pumpkins teal and provide non-food treats (as well as candy if you'd like) so all the kids in our communities can feel included this Halloween.

Our Event is not directly associated with FARE. It is spearheaded by Morgan Hill local and food allergy adult, Jessica Carrillo, with the help of the Morgan Hill Library. You do not need to partake in the Teal Pumpkin Project in order to participate in our event, but we would be honored if you do.
