Teacrafters Coven – Roots & Fruits
About this Event
You can feel the season beginning to turn. The air is still warm, but the year is shifting toward harvest, hearth, and home. This month, Teacrafters Coven turns toward roots and fruits: the roots that hold us, the hearth that nourishes us, and the fruits of the care, labor, love, and intentions that we have been tending.
This month’s Teacrafters Coven – Roots & Fruits invites you into an evening of grounding, reflection, sacred creativity, and hands-on tea blending. After being welcomed with genmaicha, a green tea steeped with rice and traditionally enjoyed in Japanese homes, you’ll be guided through a gentle meditation and reflective practice designed to help you connect with the idea of home: where you are rooted, what has nourished you, and what has begun to bear fruit in your life.
From there, you’ll begin the process of connecting with plant allies through scent, touch, taste, and intuition while exploring a curated selection of roots, fruits, herbs, and teas. We’ll work with botanicals such as marshmallow root, burdock root, and apple, and teas including pu-erh and Pai Mu Tan.
In this space, you’ll be invited to relax, release, renew, and get creative as you experiment, blend, and follow what calls to you. Teacrafters Coven is also becoming a beautiful little community of curious, open-hearted people — a space where you can arrive exactly as you are, feel welcomed, share in the creative energy of the room, and maybe leave with a few new connections along with your tea.
Together, we’ll explore the relationship between what grounds us and what grows from us. What has taken root this year? What are you harvesting now? What still needs tending? What sweetness, wisdom, resilience, or nourishment are you ready to carry forward?
Each person creates a custom tea blend to take home, along with practical knowledge you can return to in your own daily tea rituals. The atmosphere is calm, creative, and collaborative — part apothecary, part craft table, part seasonal ritual, and part evening with good company and warm cups.
