Face to face conference of expert-led CPL, professional discussion and collaboration.

Inclusive by Design: how do we ensure our classrooms and schools are truly inclusive and supportive to allow all children to flourish? We unpick specific needs and the barriers to learning that we often associate with these. From this we will then review the current practice in your school and look at next steps for affecting positive change.

• To deepen understanding of the barriers faced by children with special educational needs

• To deepen understanding of how we can best support children with special educational needs

• To gain strategies to support children with special educational needs in the context of your role and school

• To be able to network and form strong relationships with practitioners across the Trust

• To share relevant evidence-based research and be aware of approaches for sharing this back in own school settings.
