About this Event
Educators wear so many different hats throughout the school day: we are friends, caregivers, teachers, therapists, confidantes and so much more. Each day, we give all of ourselves to our students and often come home drained and depleted.
If that description resonates, then this workshop is for you! Intentionally designed with your care in mind, you will come away from this workshop feeling refreshed and re-energized.
Self-care is vital for making sure you put yourself first, taking time out to create and be with community is a part of caring for yourself, a reminder that you are worthy of rest and fun.
