This is the registration page for the Teacher Induction Program Professional Learning Session: Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
During this all day session we will discuss the UDL Guidelines in depth and how they can be used to plan engaging lessons. This session will include how; to use choice to both engage students and to plan for the student variability as well as how to engage students in the formative assessment process through self assessment, self reflection.
This professional learning session will be offered on the following dates:
- UDL and Student Engagement: February 8, 2025 (9:00am - 3:00pm)
- Student Engagement for Multilingual Learners: March 6, 2025 (4:00pm - 7:00pm)
- Student Engagement for Students with Disabilities: April 10, 2025 (4:00pm - 7:00pm)
This training will be conducted in person at the SMCOE Office located at 101 Twin Dolphin Drive Redwood City, CA 94065.
