Join us at Colchester Castle Museum on Thursday, 2 October 2025, from 3:30 to 4:45 PM, for a dedicated session for teachers and educators, in partnership with Climate Museum UK.
We’ll explore what support and resources you need to teach about climate change, both in general and with a focus on our local context in North East Essex. You’ll also have the chance to discuss how the redevelopment of the Natural History Museum could support climate education in schools.
The session will offer practical advice and classroom-ready resources to help you engage your students with this vital topic. You’ll also hear about further training and learning opportunities available through Colchester Museums. Educators from all phases and types of provision are welcome.
