Teach Me To Tape

Feel like your belly is literally dragging on the ground? Wish you could have some of that weight lifted? This workshop is designed to teach you and your partner how to tape at home! As your baby bump grows forward so does your center of gravity which puts extra pressure on your lower back. Taping helps transfer some of that pressure off of your low back!
