TEA, TOAST & A CHAT - for Veterans and their Families

Our Tea & Toast Chat is a simple, yet heart-warming, veterans event that brings those who have served their country together, over a comforting cuppa and a slice of toast (or two).

Run on a Thursday, at 1pm, we offer a relaxed and welcoming space for individuals to connect, chat, and combat loneliness or isolation.

Whether it's catching up with old comrades or meeting new faces, the informal setting encourages conversation and companionship.

It's more than just tea and toast, it's about creating a sense of belonging, fostering

mental well-being, and building stronger, more supportive communities.
