Sherry is a globetrotter inspired by the richness of flavours in every corner of the world. Her enthusiasm for creating resonance between people leads her to use tea as a medium to build bridges. She has worked in various tea companies, given workshops on tea tasting and food pairing in the Netherlands, and continues to explore herbology and wine.

Founder of Jardin d’hiver, Yen’s floral journey has taken her from Taiwan to Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels. She blends artistry and sustainability, using seasonal flowers and natural materials to tell stories of coexistence with nature. Now based in Bruges, she continues to cultivate floral creations that connect everyday life with beauty and ecology flowers.
