This generation deserves more than likes and follows. We deserve real rooms, real conversations and real people who actually show up.
The Tea Room is an immersive pop up experience built for exactly that. A space to put the phone down, slow down and actually have fun with yourself and with the people around you.
This is not a networking event. This is not a party. This is something different.
You will step into a global tea bar featuring rare loose-leaf teas sourced from Japan, China, India, Africa, Brazil, Taiwan and beyond. You will scoop, blend and steep your own custom cup entirely from scratch. No bags. No shortcuts. Just your hands, your curiosity and a cup that is entirely yours.
While your tea steeps you can access to social games, music, dance, refreshments, activities curated for you to meet new people and connections as well as vision board creations.
And throughout all of it you will be surrounded by people who showed up for the exact same reason you did. Guided conversation prompts sit at every table not to force connection but to make it effortless. Good music plays in the background. Outside food is welcome. The vibe is warm, intentional and completely judgment free.
This is your reminder that the best things in life still happen in person.

Doors open at 2:00pm sharp
Event runs 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Come dressed comfortably and ready to be present

Photography and video will be taken throughout the event for social media use

Light refreshments will be provided at the event. Outside food is warmly welcomed only at the social games area. Please note that The Tea Room is not responsible for any food brought in by attendees. If you have specific dietary needs please plan accordingly as we cannot guarantee allergen free environments.

The Tea Room is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination or disrespectful behavior of any kind toward other guests, staff or the host. The Tea Room and Thetearoom LLC reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event without refund if they are found to be in violation of this code of conduct.

All ticket sales are physical final. No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the event
Tickets are non-transferable
A valid ID may be required at the door hello
Late arrivals will be accommodated but please arrive on time as the experience begins promptly at 2:00pm
This is an alcohol free event
No smoking or vaping on premises

By purchasing a ticket to The Tea Room: Tea Talks Vol. 1 you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You are voluntarily participating in this event
The event involves food and beverage consumption including tea and herbal blends from various cultures and origins
You agree to inform the host of any known allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event by emailing [email protected]
You release Thetearoom LLC and Autumn White from any liability for allergic reactions, personal injury or loss of personal property during the event
You consent to being photographed and recorded at the event and grant Thetearoom LLC the right to use such images and footage for promotional and social media purposes
You understand that ticket sales are final and non-refundable within 10 days of the event
