Give yourself a little room to slow down before the holiday rush.
Join us as we welcome Robert with Acoustical Awakening and his amazing instruments for an afternoon of tea, soothing sounds, and relaxation.
Robert will be playing intermittently during the 2 hours. During the moments between his music, feel free to browse our products, focus on your breathwork, or simply enjoy being present. His approach uses sound and vibration to create a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and a deeper sense of peace. I will be offering 2 or 3 small informative breaks covering different topics.
Our Modulator Herbal Tea will be available for those attending—a comforting addition to an afternoon centered on rest and nervous system support.
Come as you are and enjoy a little time for yourself. No experience with breathwork or sound therapy is needed.
We will have limited seats, however you may prefer to bring a pillow, blanket or mat to sit on the floor.
