About this Event
Balancing Your Throat Chakra with Community, Tea, Chanting, and Breathwork
Join us in community as we ground into our authentic voice and open our throat chakra to navigate the winter season with clarity and confidence.
We will begin with gentle movement and breathwork to ground us into our bodies. This will be followed by a soothing tea ceremony, where we sip an herbal tea blend specifically for the throat chakra. Finally, we will engage in a guided chanting practice to further awaken this center.
This experience will help you connect more deeply with your inner expression, fostering clearer communication and a sense of stability during the season. It will also be a beautiful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, embrace your authentic voice, and open your throat chakra, so you can express yourself confidently throughout the winter months.
WHY ATTEND?
- Open yourself to the wisdom of your voice through tea, chanting, and yoga.
- Deepen your practice of chanting, mindfulness, and yoga to balance your throat chakra.
- Connect with others on a shared journey of self-expression and spiritual freedom.
- Root into your authentic voice and inner confidence to navigate the winter season.
