Tea & Sound Ceremony

Join us for a deep journey of tea and sound, with a guided meditation, a moment to observe our bodies, minds and spirits, reflect, and nourish yourself with the healing medicine Nanjing has brought from her hometown in China.

Inspired by the Tang Dynasty poem 七碗茶歌 “Seven Cups of Tea,” we will move through 7 different layers of experience, first sensing the body, then lifting into realms beyond, as the tea guides us higher and higher. 

Let the harmony of sound and tea awaken your spirit. 

Come as you are, and let’s create something beautiful in the simplicity of being.

About the tea:

 "岩茶" "Yan-Cha" Is a Oolong Tea that originates from the Wuyi Mountains in the Fujian Province. Its nickname "Cliff tea" is derived from its unique growing conditions. The tea plant only grows on the rocky, mineral rich soil of the mountains. 

About the facilitator

Nanjing is a sound healer and energy worker with a specialization in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her mission is to be a bridge between traditional Chinese and Western culture, and help souls remember the ancient wisdom that lives inside each and everyone of us.
