✨Tea & Paint Community Workshop✨

Join us for a relaxed and creative evening of painting with artist and illustrator Yasmine Kadhim.

The session is inspired by floral motifs and the arrival of spring. You’ll be guided to create your own “visual bouquet” using a mix of mark-making and painting techniques.
Alongside this, there is plenty of freedom to explore your own ideas. If you’d prefer to paint something different, you’re welcome to follow your own direction. A range of images, patterns and references will be available for inspiration, as well as support from our facilitator.

Whether you’re new to painting or more experienced, the session is designed to support you to explore your creativity in a way that feels comfortable and enjoyable.

This is an opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life, unwind and spend time in a welcoming, community-focused space.

• A guided painting session led by a local artist

• Option to follow a floral theme or create your own piece

• All materials provided, including canvas, card, paints and brushes

• A range of visual references and inspiration available

• A relaxed, supportive and social atmosphere

• Chilled background music throughout the session

• Time to create at your own pace

No previous artistic experience is needed.

Tea, soft drinks and light snacks will be available.

You’re welcome to bring your own additional snacks or drinks if you’d like. Please note that alcohol is not permitted on site.

Yasmine Kadhim

Yasmine is an artist, muralist, and creative facilitator based in Ealing. Her work often draws on Islamic calligraphy and colour palettes through abstraction.

In recent years, Yasmine has worked extensively across the borough of Ealing delivering creative workshops and projects within community settings. She has experience working with both children and adults, focusing on collaborative and inclusive approaches.

Yasmine leads accessible, beginner-friendly sessions that introduce participants to materials, techniques, and playful experimentation, encouraging confidence and creativity at all levels.

A monthly programme in Ealing bringing people together through creativity, reflection and shared experience.

Running from March to June 2026 on the last Friday of each month, each session explores a different creative practice to support wellbeing and connection, in a relaxed and welcoming space.
