Patrycia started practicing yoga in 2007 after her friends encouraged her to try it. She soon discovered that regular yoga sessions led to a calmer mind and complemented her tea and meditation routine. Her passion for yoga and mindfulness led her to become certified in hot yoga in Chicago in 2013.She moved to Tennessee in 2014 to pursue a career in pharmacy. Despite her demanding studies, Patrycia continued to share her love for yoga by teaching at the YMCA and furthered her expertise by completing a 200-hour yoga certification in Asheville in 2019. With over a decade of teaching experience, Patrycia remembers the challenges of starting yoga and is dedicated to making it accessible to all through gentle movements that reconnect the mind, body, and breath. When not practicing yoga on land, she enjoys doing it on the water with her two dogs and husband, alongside her profession as a mental health pharmacist.
