Join the White Lotus crew for the best Tea in Johnson City, some heartfelt community, and some relaxing yet invigorating movement arts to top it all off. We will meet at the Philosopher's House for a tea of your choice, then head out to the park (weather permitting) for Yang 24 (Beijing Style) Tai Chi. Our warmup will include some Qigong and exercises influenced by martial arts style like Bajiquan and Baguazhang.
