We're back for another Supper Club, (our 4th!) and would love you to join us! This is a fun opportunity to foster a deep sense of wellbeing through great food, good times, intimate korero, and potent connections within a community.But what actually is a supper club, we hear you ask? Compared to, say, a restaurant, supper clubs are a more intimate dining experience. They offer not only a gourmet meal, but also the opportunity for connection with like-minded people. Guests are purposefully limited, and the ambience is curated along with the menu to deliver a highly memorable evening. .
Our guest for our Supper Club this month is Nicky Tompkins. Well known to many in the local district, Nicky is a Feldenkrais practitioner and also a long time trustee and familiar face at the Queenstown Dharma Centre. Nicky will be offering a taste of Feldenkrais during the evening which we can do seated at the table. Feldenkrais is a method of integrating gentle movement with awareness to release habitual patterns of musculoskeletal movement and posture so that we can move better and feel better. Who wouldn't want to learn how to do that?!
However the real magic ingredient of the supper clubs is YOU!

This evening runs from 6.30pm to 9pm, and spaces are limited.
Appetizers / main course / dessert, & non-alcoholic drinks inclusive.
