Since 2009, this community has been a sanctuary for truth-tellers, storytellers and seekers. What started as a spark in Long Beach has grown into a deep enduring home here in Bellflower. Through every season, every poem, and every shared silence, you've helped to build a space where voices belong and soft hearts can land.
September Theme: Confessions
Advice is easy to pass along, but confession requires something deeper. It asks us to lay our truths bare-- the secrets tucked inside our stories, the raw admissions, the poems we've been hesitant to speak out loud.
Come release what you've been carrying. Our mic is ready to receive it, and this community is ready to hold it.
Doors open: 6:30 (Arrive early to sign up, grab a drink, and settle in)
Mic Starts 7:00 PM sharp
$5 cover at the door (supports the space and art)
