Meet at the east end parking lot of the trail, next to Home Goods in the Old Navy plaza on the Vestal Parkway. All are welcome. Feel free to coordinate plans for paces/distances below on the wall.
There will be a group run from the Vestal Rail Trail this Sunday, with multiple routes available so people can run the distance they want. Start is at 8:00am. There are links below to 6, 8, 10.25, 12 and 13.5 mile routes. So, whether you want a single loop shorter or longer distance, or want to do a double loop for a certain distance, there should be something for everyone, with different pace groups to run with for all levels.
