Thanksgiving Charcuterie Class at The Boat Yard. This class will take place on Wednesday, November 27th from 10 am - 12 pm. In this class you will be provided with various cheeses, meats, fruits, and other items. You will learn how to create most delicious and decorative charcuterie for your next event. You will learn how to pair different items, create flowers from different meats, and how to layout the best looking charcuterie board for your next party or event. You will walk away with charcuterie board just in time to share with your family and friends for Thanksgiving. The cost of the class is $50 which includes all of your charcuterie items, light snacks, and a holiday cocktail. Please pre-register for the class so we can plan accordingly.
