TBUC Engagement Forum Community Temperature Check 2026 Date for your Diary
About this Event
The Community Relations Council, on behalf of The Executive Office, cordially invites you to join us for a crucial T:BUC Engagement Forum Community Temperature Check.
As the summer period approaches, we know that local groups and organisations devoted to peacebuilding across Northern Ireland are acutely aware of potential community challenges and tensions. This forum is designed as a vital opportunity to gather current insights and foster collaborative planning.
In line with The Executive Office’s good relations strategy, Together: Building a United Community (T:BUC), we acknowledge the invaluable contribution of the voluntary and community sector in achieving its objectives. At this event, we will hear directly from statutory organisations and local community groups who are actively focused on addressing these potential issues.
We will facilitate an open discussion to:
- Identify the key issues you are observing within our communities as we head into the summer.
- Explore your existing response networks and understand their capacities.
- Pinpoint what additional support is needed, including key messages and signposts for assistance.
Our aim is for all attendees to leave with a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and a shared understanding of what others anticipate for the upcoming period. This collaborative "temperature check" will help inform wider planning conversations and strengthen our collective efforts towards a peaceful summer
