Many of you know, but some don't... The reason we get to use the TBird Boathouse is that each year, we pay half of the insurance on the building. With inflation, our half has crept up to $1,800. TriOKC as a club **DOES NOT** pay for this, simply because the facility is not equally accessible to all our members. So, if you use it, we ask you to chip in. Fifty or a hundred bucks is beautiful, but ten or twenty works too.
On 10/08, Sergio Garcia (owner of Sergio’s Italian Bistro in Norman) will be making Lasagna and I’m going to try to cajole our resident baker into bringing us something sweet and tasty. We'll swim and eat and have a beer or two. Bring your venmo, cashApp or PayPal and help us pay the insurance!!
