TBEW - The Big Eastern Weekender

Welcome to TBEW 2025 - The Big Eastern Weekender! Join us for a fantastic charity SPINNING® weekend. Riding to save lives! Raising vital funds for MAGPAS Air Ambulance and My Wish charity specifically for paediatric diabetes.

This year for 2025 we are 'SPINNING® IN THE FOREST'.

Set in the gorgeous surroundings of Thetford forest. Based on the grounds of Thetford Rugby Club, with clubhouse, bar, showers, toilets and refreshments on hand all day.

FREE camping is available on site, but bring your own tent or campervan!

Prepare for 3 days of non-stop Spinning® action with a roster of international Master Instructors and Spinning® Instructors who are set to elevate your fitness experience to new heights! Get ready to ride with the best and make every moment count.

From the Friday night opening rides and all Saturday and Sunday. We shall have 17 fantastic SPINNING® rides to complete across the weekend. You can challenge yourself to do them all throughout the weekend or your can share the experience and the challeneg as a Team of 3.

Remember, our Party Night and Food on the Saturday night where friends and family are very much encouarged to come and join in the fun. There will of course be the famous TBEW auction and raffle to help us raise as much money as possible for MAGPAS Air Ambulance and My Wish.
