This July, The Bangladesh Dialogue (TBD) and AUST Debating Club (AUSTDC) come together to present 𝐓𝐁𝐃×𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐃𝐂 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, a national platform where thoughtful debate meets meaningful dialogue.
For years, The Bangladesh Dialogue has worked to foster civic engagement, democratic values, public discourse and youth leadership by creating spaces where diverse perspectives can be exchanged with respect and reason. Through policy discussions, leadership initiatives and dialogue-driven programs, TBD continues to encourage a generation that believes disagreement can lead to understanding and better solutions.
For 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, the AUST Debating Club has stood as a testament to the transformative power of dialogue. What began as a campus initiative has grown into a community of thinkers, leaders and changemakers, united by the belief that ideas, when expressed with conviction and challenged with integrity, possess the power to shape societies.
As we proudly celebrate our 12th Anniversary, we are delighted to announce the 8th edition of nationals as 𝐓𝐁𝐃×𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐃𝐂 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, a landmark collaboration between AUST Debating Club and The Bangladesh Dialogue.
Over the years, AUSTDC Nationals has welcomed some of the nation's finest debaters, fostering excellence in reasoning, eloquence and leadership. Each edition has added another chapter to a legacy built through countless motions, unforgettable rounds, and friendships that transcend institutions.
This year, that legacy enters a new era.
At a time when public conversations are often defined by division and noise, this tournament seeks to promote respectful disagreement, evidence-based argumentation and principled engagement. We invite debaters from across Bangladesh to compete in an environment where ideas are challenged with logic, defended with integrity and appreciated for their substance.
Whether you are stepping into your first national tournament or returning as an experienced debater, 𝐓𝐁𝐃×𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐃𝐂 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 promises three days of competitive debating, meaningful exchanges and unforgettable experiences.
