TBBW Sour Beer Sunday Brunch - Featuring Cantillon!

Join us on March 9, 2025, for our second annual TBBW Sour Beer Sunday Brunch! Our Indie Cafe is excited to bring you an inspired menu to compliment our featured beer: Cantillon "Nath" 2023 on draft! 

Nath is a blend of rhubarb and one and two year old lambic aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Nath, named after the owner's wife Nathalie, was first brewed for Zwanze Day in 2008. The flavor is slightly funky, fruity, rhubarb with a clean, sweet & sour finish. It is light on the palate, with soft carbonation..  

Our Sour Beer Sunday Brunch includes four food courses and an 8oz pour of this rare beer (or another drink of your choice). Cantillon pours will be limited to those who purchased tickets until the brunch ends at 1 pm (while supplies last).

Hunter's Breakfast Scramble

Duck Sausage cooked on the flat top grill with potatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and spices served with your choice of pepper jelly or bacon jam

Spinach Frittata 

Fresh spinach, goat cheese, parmesan, eggs & cream

Trappist Cheese Poteauflette

Gold potatoes baked with creamy triple cream cheese and Chimay Tripel *V

Fresh Fruit a la Mascarpone with Scone

Selection of seasonal fruit with our house made mascarpone cream sauce and served with a blueberry scone *V

Brunch includes all four courses and one 8oz pour of Cantillon Nath (blended lambics with rhubarb), OR your choice of wine, draft beer, cider, or non-alcoholic beverage
