Surprise pop-up party for kids AND adults! Rob Sheffield's new book "Heartbreak is the National Anthem: How Taylor Swift Reinvented Pop Music" released on Tuesday, so we (I) thought, why not have a little after hours shopping party? Besides, Rob LOVES Taylor Swift songs lol, and they'll be playing the whole time!
We've got some fun "Taylor" activities planned:
- a bead bracelet-making station
- a fun place to write and post (IRL) your favorite Taylor lyrics
- a What Era Are You quiz
- a Taylor Swift trivia game
A couple of Taylor Swift's bio authors have made Spotify playlists and ranked their favorite songs. We'll share them and you can argue over how right/wrong they are!
We have a ton of different books from children's to adult about Taylor on hand right now, but if we run out of anything, there is plenty of time to order for you. Just let us know what you need and we can help! You can also take advantage of these extra hours to shop the whole store. No ticket necessary, just let us know you're coming!
