At ILA, we believe that education is key to sustainability in the arts. Since our inception, we’ve been committed to providing Black artists with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to build lasting careers while creating safe spaces for empowerment and growth.

G-to-G (Getting to Our Goals) is our educational workshop series designed to help artists navigate the business of being a creative. Through sessions on Business Management, Relationship Building, and Wellness, we equip artists with the skills they need to thrive professionally and personally.
