Hosted inside the intimate winter setting of the Tetto rooftop, this evening is curated by Chef Pasquale Di Diana, drawing from his upbringing in Italy where food wasn’t just a meal… it was family, tradition, and the center of every meaningful moment.
The menu takes guests on a journey through the regional cuisines of Roma, Napoli, and Bari, featuring soulful antipasti served family-style, a tasting of signature pastas, a thoughtfully prepared main course, and a sweet ending to close the night the Italian way.
