Formed in 2023 by Jonathan Ivanov, the band is a perfect storm of bassist Boas Ignacio, vocalist Su-lin Zoutendijk, and drummer
Philip de Niet. Their 2024 debut EP, Who Wears The Crown, shook the scene with riot-starters like “Fugazi” and “When I Eat Sushi”,
alongside the seductive mystique of “Rose From Outer Space”.
As co-founders of the Young Underground Collective, ZAPHYRIA has dominated venues like Melkweg and Paradiso Main Hall.
With a second EP on the horizon, they’re rallying a new wave of rebellious misfits—because ZAPHYRIA isn't just a band it's a movement
